Palo Santo has been used for spiritual cleansing rituals for thousands of years.

Light on one end and let it burn for about 20 seconds. Let the fire wave out and walk around the room or flat with the smoking palo santo allowing the smoke to waft around. Don’t forget to open a window to help the negative energy to escape with the smoke. Then place the stick in a fireproof bowl and let it glow out. The sticks do not have to be lit to give off their spicy resin scent. We also use them as a natural room scent in a small bowl.

The sticks can be used several times.

Never leave the burning stick unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
