Which payment methods do you offer?

At the moment we only offer PayPal payments.

 How fast do you ship?

We usually send your order within 24 to 48 hours after payment. But as we are a small business, please allow us 3 working days. Items that are in stock, can be picked up at our Munich store. Please contact us, before placing your order.

If your order includes items that are not in stock, those items will be sent when the order is complete.

How long does shipping take?

We ship with DHL. National delivery usually takes 1-2 working days. International delivery might take up to 10 working days, depending on the location.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard national and international shipping are based on the size and weight of your order and will be calculated at check-out.

Please keep in mind that outside the EU you might be charged with local import duties and custom charges.

Do you also offer pick-up at your Munich store?

Yes, we do. Please contact us in advance so we can make sure, everything is in stock.

What if I change my mind?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 days. If your order has already been shipped, shipping and handling costs won’t be refunded.

 Can I return items?

We hope you enjoy your purchase just as much as we enjoyed selecting. If the order does not meet your expectations, it can be returned.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period commences on the day after the product was received. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by e-mail.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Please note that we are unable to offer a refund on items that are made to order, or items that are especially ordered for you on request.

During the withdrawal period please treat the product and its packaging with care. Only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether you wish to retain the product.

How do I return my order?

Please return your order to Nora Khereddine Objects with all associated components and in the original state and packaging. Do not forget to pay fully for the return postage as incorrect postage payments will not be accepted.

Once we have received your e-mail informing us of your intention to return articles from your order, and we have received the returned item, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Once we have established that the returned merchandise has been received in the original condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) into your bank account as quickly as possible, though the latest within 14 days.
