As the second part of a workshop series with Franziska Trebuth, this session is dedicated to women’s health through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

In TCM, blood is considered one of the essential foundations of health, deeply connected to vitality, emotional balance and the body’s ability to regenerate. Its quality is reflected not only in energy levels, but also in sleep, skin, hair, nails, the menstrual cycle and a sense of inner calm and stability. Especially for women, the nourishment and strengthening of blood plays a central role in long-term wellbeing.

Together with Franziska Trebuth, this workshop explores how nutrition and daily routines can support the body in building and maintaining healthy blood. Participants will gain practical insight into TCM nutritional principles, discover foods that are considered particularly strengthening and learn how nourishment can support symptoms such as exhaustion, restlessness or feelings of emptiness. The workshop also addresses important considerations around vegetarian and vegan diets from a TCM perspective.

Drawing from her clinical experience, Franziska shares practical and approachable knowledge that can be integrated into modern everyday life with ease and without rigidity.

In addition, participants will be introduced to selected acupressure points that support blood nourishment, regeneration, emotional balance and women’s health – simple techniques designed for continued practice at home.

Each participant receives a handout with key information, practical guidance and recommendations to continue exploring the topic beyond the workshop.
